South East Queensland Strength Events - Round 2

Weight Classes.

Standard Australian Strongman Alliance weight classes apply with the addition of a ‘novice’ class. This has no weight limits, you are unable to ‘win’ (although it will be scored like a standard competition) and will be set at 80% of competition weights. This gives the ability for new competitors to try out a competition without having the concern of fitting into a weight class. Supplementary classes (
