SNIP IT Tickets can provide low cost spay and neuter for dogs and cats in our community.   Do not hesitate to contact us with your questions concerning this program.

The Cullman Area Animal Welfare Association (CAAWA) is going to work more closely with our local animal shelter and the animals that are most at risk.  This will mean we will be focusing more on the animals at our local Shelter and less with taking animals from the general public.  We will continue to adopt dogs and cats to loving families, providing low cost spay/neuter assistance, maintain a dog/cat food locker for those in need and other services that we can continue with our limited resources.
