With thanks to Rogue Fitness we have this amazing piece of slow motion footage of Brian Shaw, loading a 555lb (252kg) Atlas stone to a height of 1.2metres. Brianβs efforts are amazing in that he has just finished 2nd place in the heaviest strongman event on the planet where he won both the Cyr Dumbbell (136kgs, 300lbs) and the Bale Tote (700kgs, 1500lbs) all the while carrying a minor hamstring tear which he did in the first event pulling over 1000lbs in the Rogue Elephant Bar deadlift.
