FYI: you have to be stupid strong to be able to compete! The event weights are massive! The under90’s especially have huge weights to lift. An apollons axle for reps in 60 seconds at 120kgs, Opening weight for maximum log attempt is 130kgs for under 90’s and 140kgs for under 105’s!
