We had our biggest Static Monsters event ever locally with 41 competitors, up from 32 last year and 28 in the first year. Lifts across all classes were up as well, in some cases extensively. Thanks for your support this year everyone and we look forward to your numbers in 2018.
Scores will be submitted to www.staticmonsters.com for your world ranking on the log press, axle deadlift and monster total and this will show up in the next year days once scoresheets are recieved and collected from the rest of the world.
The Static Monsters World Championships is on the Gold Coast in May 2018 and there will be a few competitors from the Gold Coast competition receiving invitations. To qualify for the world championships there is 10 places available based on the top ten Monster Totals around the world. 8 weight classes so a total of 80 spaces available outright. You will be contacted if you have qualified.
