Starting Strongman, run by Kalle Beck (Strongman, animal rescuer, hiker, hair product reseller), is the best resource of strongman information (training and news) on the internet, which means, the best resource anywhere. The Starting Strongman Facebook group has over 10,000 members now and offers huge amounts of questions, answers and knowledge on a daily basis from contributing members.
With such a large base of people and a huge grassroots growth of the sport of Strongman currently there are a lot of questions that need answered in regards to training, preparation, diet and technique. The best way to tackle this is by having the most common questions already answered in one area, the new Q&A (Questions and Answers) section of the site. For me, the immediate one that stands out is Improving stability on the circus dumbbell, as this is proven to be a weakness on almost all new athletes.
The other major update is the recent redesign of the Mobile version of the Starting Strongman Site. The simple use of most recent posts and new menu system plus the simple layout of the Starting Strongman Shop will make access to information on your mobile much easier, especially when looking for tips mid workout.
