Rogue Fitness have done it again, another great clip interviewing and covering the training and lifestyle of Zydrunas Savickas, arguably the strongest man to have ever lived. Zydrunas “Big Z” has previously won the Arnold on 7 occasions and has also the Worlds Strongest Man 4 times, plus numerous other records and probably the best overhead presser alive today, there is no doubt this man will be on the podium at the end of the Arnold Strongman Classic in 2015.
