This episode goes pretty deeply into George Leemans early life up until now and what has motivated him to lift. Going from being a troublesome teen to getting into lifting and moving massive weights. His whole childhood he was a heavy (read: overweight) kid which led him to having some troubles and some pretty major self esteem issues along the way. he talks about how lifting essentially got him out of that rutt and put him into the position his now as one of the worlds most respected deadlifters.
