I thoroughly enjoyed this episode of Little and Large. The boys this week interview a top bloke and someone who possibly has more enthusiasm than anyone else in the sport, Troy Conley. For those of you that don’t know him, Troy is training as a 105kg competitor and is based in NSW, near Sydney and probably posts more training videos than Kurt Southam has appeared shirtless.

 

I had a few good laughs during the show, especially during the point where Troy mentions he zeroed 3 out of 5 events at his first strongman competition, Travis (The “Little” in Little and Large) comes back with “I zeroed 5 from five in my first event, I am way more shit than you.” These boys embrace the challenge of Strongman as a sport.
