Novice Strongman Competition!
Want to give strongman a go? Never competed before? Here is an opportunity you cannot miss! Invite others that might be interested! Come along and get involved. Bring your support crew too to cheer you on!
Each event will be fully demonstrated on the day but Strongman Saturday and Wednesday classes are ongoing leading up tp the comp for any tech you are not sure of!

Events and weights as below but may be subject to change.

U75 Womens
- Yoke 120kg (15m, drop, 15m back)
- Farmers 40kg (15m, drop, 15m back)
- Axle o/h 30kg (reps)
- Sled 125% body weight (arm over arm pull)
- Deadlift 60kg (rising bar by 10kg increments , come in and out until you miss one)

O75 Womens
- Yoke 140 (15m, drop, 15m back)
- Farmers 50 (15m, drop, 15m back)
- Axle o/h 40kg (reps)
- Sled 125% body weight (arm over arm pull)
- Deadlift 80kg (rising bar by 10kg increments , come in and out until you miss one)

U90 Mens
- Yoke 180 (15m, drop, 15m back)
- Farmers 80 (15m, drop, 15m back)
- Log 60 (reps)
- Sled 150% body weight (arm over arm pull)
- Deadlift 110kg (rising bar by 10kg increments, come in and out until you miss one)

O90 Mens
- Yoke 200 (15m, drop, 15m back)
- Farmers 90 (15m, drop, 15m back)
- Log 75 (reps)
- Sled 150% body weight (arm over arm pull)
- Deadlift 130kg (rising bar by 10kg increments, come in and out until you miss one)
