We will run a Mas Wrestling Competition and a Grip competition on the same at Coco’s Gym.

Competitors can do one or both competitions for the same entry fee.

With thanks to Carl Waitoa and Mas Wrestling Oceania winners will have the opporunity to compete in the Mas Wrestling world championships in September! At this time we also have plans for Carl to come to the Gold Coast to referee the competition in person.

- Double overhand axle deadlift
- Dinnie Stone replica max weight pickup and lockout (not walking)
- Block pickup
- Pole pickup
