Building a multi-function Conans wheel/ Viking press/ Deadlift implement for strongman - War Engineering
The Conans Wheel, possibly the toughest implement in strongman. Its hard because as soon as you put the implement down, you are out of the event. Its not easy because the weight they normally give to lift is just enough to make it damned hard to pick it up. Walking with it is never easy with so much pressure on your guts that its hard to breathe normally. Your biceps will hate you as well.
To top off the how to build the conans wheel, this multi function station works as a car deadlift frame and viking press implement as well, much like the one we have at Coco’s Gym (except instead of a car deadlift setup, we have a squat lift).
