Building a Circus Dumbbell for Strongman - War Engineering

The Circus Dumbbell in strength for show has been around a long time, a very long time. Circus Dumbbells were possibly made famous by the French Canadian Strongman, Louis Cyr, which the now “Cyr Dumbbell” is named after that you see in the Arnold Strongman Classic in Columbus Ohio in March of each year.

War Engineering/ Brian Watters has put together a series of videos to show off not just how to make some cool strongman equipment, but some great engineering too. The music and dad humour in the videos goes along very well too. Great stuff and well worth the 5 minutes to watch.
